LifeWave Splash Email Support

With increased privacy and security concerns around the inbox, mostly due to viruses and spam, delivering email to you presents many challenges. To prevent unwanted spam email, Internet Service Providers (ISPs) block messages from senders whose email addresses are not in the recipient's Address Book or Safe Senders List. If you add the sender's e-mail address to your address book or safe senders list, some of these challenges can be overcome.

To ensure that your LifeWave emails reach you in the future, you need to add davids@lifewavemembers.com to your Address Book and/or Safe Senders List.

To help you accomplish this, below are instructions for the most commonly used email services and clients:

Hotmail/MSN Mail

  1. Once signed in, click "Options" in the top right-hand corner of your screen.
  2. On the left side of the page, click "Safe and blocked senders," which is under the "Junk email" section.
  3. Click on "Safe senders."
  4. Add the address or domain name, and click "Add to list."

Gmail

  1. From your Gmail inbox, open the LifeWave email you have received.
  2. Click on the arrow next to the reply button in the top right-hand corner of the email.
  3. From the drop-down menu, click on "Add [sender] to Contacts list."

Yahoo Mail

  1. Click on "Contacts" in the menu on the left of the page, or click on the "Contacts" tab.
  2. Click "Add Contact."
  3. Add name and email address.
  4. Save contact details.

AOL

AOL 9.0

  1. Click the "Spam Controls" link (lower-right area of your inbox).
  2. When the "Mail & Spam Controls" box appears, click "Custom sender list."
  3. Choose "allow email from" option.
  4. Add the domain lifewavemembers.com
  5. Click "Add," then "Save."

AOL 7.0 & 8.0

  1. Go to Keyword Mail Controls.
  2. Select the screen name you are using to receive email.
  3. Click "Customize Mail Controls For This Screen Name."
  4. AOL version 7.0: In the section for "exclusion and inclusion parameters," include the following domain: @lifewavemembers.com
  5. AOL version 8.0: Select "Allow email from all AOL members, email addresses and domains."
  6. Click on "Next" until the "Save" button shows up at the bottom.
  7. Click "Save."

Outlook

Outlook 2013 & 2010

  1. Click the Home tab.
  2. In the Delete group, click Junk, and then click Junk E-mail Options.
  3. On the Safe Senders tab, select the Automatically add people I e-mail to the Safe Senders List check box.

Outlook 2007

  1. Right-click a LifeWave email subject line.
  2. Choose "Junk email."
  3. Choose "Add senders domain (@lifewavemembers.com) to Safe Senders List."

Outlook 2003

  1. Right-click a LifeWave email subject line.
  2. Choose "Add Sender To Address Book."

Entourage 2008

  1. Right-click a LifeWave email subject line.
  2. Choose "Add Sender To Address Book."

Apple Mail

  1. Select a LifeWave email.
  2. From the Message menu, select "Add Sender to Address Book."
